Memphis, here I come!

curious coconut moving memphis

I have some really exciting news...... we are moving to Memphis!!!

As of August, my husband and I and our menagerie of pets will be residents of The Birthplace of Rock n' Roll and Home of the Blues!

Memphis has been like a second home to me ever since my dear sister moved there when I was a teenager. Although this move is coming suddenly due to some unfortunate circumstances here in Florida, I couldn't be more happy or excited about being able to call Memphis my new home in under a week.

There are some VERY exciting things that you can expect here on the blog after I'm living in the same city as my sister, Davina. And we've got some big plans for some super special recipes to share with you, too. When we get together in the kitchen, amazing things happen :-)

She'll be introducing herself to you before too long, sharing her own Paleo and alternative medicine success stories. She's dealt with autoimmunity for the last 15 years and has found diet and natural therapies invaluable in her journey. I know you'll love to "meet" her here!!

This also means that you will be darn sure I'll have my own Paleo-friendly (and AIP-friendly) Memphis BBQ recipes developed before too long. Seriously, Memphis BBQ is the best in the country!

If you follow the Paleo lifestyle and live in the Memphis area, give me a holler in the comments! I'm planning to organize some local Paleo events once I'm there :-)
