Fast and Flavorful Paleo Cooking Resources
If you’re here that means you have a copy of my newest cookbook, Fast & Flavorful Paleo Cooking, so thank you for getting a copy!
Before I get into all the resources, I want to quickly remind you to please leave an Amazon review for the book. Reviews are critically important for small authors like myself. If you have photos of food you’ve cooked from the book, include them with your review! Even if you didn’t purchase on Amazon you can still leave a review there if you have an active account.
Now, on to the resources.
This book focuses on fresh meats and vegetables, but there are a few pantry items that you’ll need for some recipes, so I am providing a list of those items along with links to purchase them online.
I am also going to link to my recommended brands for the handful of kitchen tools you’ll need to cook from the book.
Pantry Ingredients Used in the book
Pleae go to page 168 in the book to learn more about why each of these ingredients is used in the book. Each has a thorough write-up explaining the purpose.
Coconut Aminos - I’ve tried and enjoy many brands, from Coconut Secret, to Big Tree Farms, to Bragg’s, to the Better Body Foods linked to below. If you include soy in your diet, you can use a gluten-free tamari sauce instead, but you’ll need to slightly reduce the amount since tamari is saltier than coconut aminos.
Nutritional Yeast - Foods Alive makes my favorite non-fortified nutritional yeast. I avoid the fortified brands because I do not consume synthetic vitamins if I can help it.
