Shortly after I went on the autoimmune paleo protocol I got a hankering for pâté. Unfortunately, most pâté recipes contain one or more non-AIP ingredients, like butter, alcohol, or prohibited spices. I had tried some AIP pâté that was just pureed liver, onion, and seasonings and I was not impressed with the texture.
