Grain-Free Grab-n-Go: Review + Giveaway!

I think these would also work well as a packed lunch to take with you to work, too. I bet the flavor and texture would be best if reheated in a toaster oven, but a microwave would work, too, and you'd have a healthy, homemade, hot lunch!

While I certainly don't miss the taste or icky ingredients, I do miss the convenience of fun frozen foods like Hot Pockets. I am SO excited to now be able to make my own healthy versions! It's so nice to literally be able to grab something out of the freezer and pop it in the oven for 15 minutes and have a meal ready!

Recipes in this e-book range from primal (using cheese) to paleo and the crust does use almond and tapioca flours, so keep that in mind if you have allergies or need to stick to dairy-free paleo.

The recipes in this book are simple and easy to follow. There are a wide variety of fillings using different proteins to suit any taste. I am sure these would be a BIG hit if you have kids, too!
