Instant Pot Electric Pressure Cooker
The hottest appliance of 2017. I've been so grateful to have this tool in my kitchen since 2014, though! I use it to make broth, so much broth (in just one afternoon you can make as much broth as would take you over a WEEK if using a slow cooker!)

MuTu System to Heal Diastasis Recti Naturally
Many women are familiar with a dastasis recti (DR for short, a separation of the muscles in the midline of the abdomen) since it is an extremely common side effect of pregnancy.
I've never been pregnant, but when I was obese I had a large amount of visceral fat in my abdomen, which caused a 3-finger width DR. There is a lot of really bad advice out there for how to close a DR, and I will tell you that the MuTu system has accurate and safe advice packaged in a wonderful high-quality multimedia online course that anyone can follow.
I've closed my DR to just 1 finger width. I'm still working on my pelvic floor. It's complicated by the fact that I have uterine fibroids. You can read more about my DR and the MuTu System in this blog post.
