Refreshing Kohlrabi and Japanese Turnip Salad (autoimmune paleo)

Refreshing Kohlrabi and Japanese Turnip Salad (autoimmune paleo)

This quick and easy salad features two types of turnips: kohlrabi (aka German turnip) and the Japanese turnip. They form the base for an earthy, pungent, refreshing salad that can be made from ingredients that you'll find at your Fall and Winter farmer's markets. It is dressed with a simple Asian-inspired dressing that is autoimmune paleo compliant. This salad is a great way to add some variety in the types of vegetables that you consume!
