I first went on a hybrid of the paleo autoimmune protocol and the Repairvite Diet a year ago to address leaky gut syndrome. I successfully healed my gut, so why would I go back on the AIP? Because my husband and roommates are all doing it now to address THEIR leaky guts! I'm joining in for moral support. They're so lucky to have a live-in paleo/AIP blogger to help with meal planning and cooking, but for the rest of you I wanted to put together a little guide with shopping ideas and some of the top tips I learned in the past year.
