I first went on a hybrid of the paleo autoimmune protocol and the Repairvite Diet a year ago to address leaky gut syndrome. I successfully healed my gut, so why would I go back on the AIP? Because my husband and roommates are all doing it now to address THEIR leaky guts! I'm joining in for moral support.
