After the booming success of my Paleo AIP mozzarella, I knew I had to make a cheddar that melts, stretches, and is even shreddable! It’s just as fast and easy to make as my original cheese recipe, too.

How to Reintroduce Foods on the Autoimmune Protocol + Chocolate Pudding Reintroduction Recipe
Today I'm discussing food reintroduction on the autoimmune paleo protocol. I think that chocolate is one of everyone's favorite things to reintroduce early on, so I'm sharing the recipe for an ultra-rich, creamy chocolate coconut milk pudding that I used myself as my reintroduction test food. It pairs wonderfully with fresh berries and coconut flakes for a deeply satisfying treat that is low in sugar and full of antioxidants and healthy fats. I'm also giving away a copy of Phoenix Helix's new e-book that walks you through the food reintroduction process step by step, so come on in to check it out!

Vanilla Cinnamon Coconut Milk Pudding (AIP)
This has become my go-to dessert recipe on the autoimmune paleo protocol. It's so good, though, that anyone will enjoy this rich, satisfying dish! It's so easy to make and uses only 5 ingredients, including the super food gelatin. Enjoy!
